How ABE started

Two capital markets guys (CEO and COO), with a longterm interest in small cap and lightly traded markets, saw major securities exchanges move steadily away from serving them. And having had previous experience in implementing tools and technology to bring transparency to the fixed income and equity options markets, they recognized that nearly 99% of today's markets are underserved, unfair and lack openness. So they decided to act.
